摘要: Multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) is defined by multiple symptoms, affecting organs, that wax and wane in response to varying exposures at or below previously tolerated levels. Sjogren's syndrome (SS) a common autoimmune disease 3% of women aged over 55 years. Except for keratoconjunctivitis sicca (which associated with SS not MCS), systemic features are between the 2 diseases, leading considerable morbidity and, occasionally, mortality. The authors report 3 cases association MCS. Three who were diagnosed showed MCS symptoms also Further studies needed understand physiopathogenic mechanisms eventually may be revealed as syndromes.
