摘要: Hydrogen bonding (HB) in supercritical water (SCW) is much less extensive than at ambient conditions. Still, it plays an important role the structural and dynamic properties of SCW its capacity as a solvent. In order to deal with HB necessary have definite criteria that specify when hydrogen bond exists or not, these are provided. The extent expressed by means mean number bonds per molecule, fractions molecules 0, 1, 2… bonds, percolation limit determining regions continuous HB. deduced from diffraction, spectroscopy, computer simulations described. ionic dissociation itself more low temperatures high pressures water. solvent power regarding organic solutes described solubility parameters, but solvatochromic probes found little use SCW. salts hydration pairing their ions discussed. well related ion product thermodynamic data biomass dissolution reactions appendix contains tables physical relevant biorefining.
