摘要: Although tung oil is renewable, with an abundant production and low price in China, it used to synthesize different polyols for rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF), remains a challenge improve the properties of RPUF by redesigning formula. Therefore, we propose four novel compounds strengthen RPUF, such as catalyst-free synthesis oil-based polyol (PTOK), aluminum phosphate micro-capsule (AM), silica (SiM), grafted epoxidized monoglyceride on surface SiO2 (SiE), which were designed introduced into RPUF. Because PTOK catalytic function, foaming process some samples was catalyst-free. The results show that incorporation AM, SiM, SiE, respectively, endow better thermal stability at high temperature, T5%, Tmax1, Tmax2 appeared be reduced, however, Tmax3 residue rate 800 °C improved, may have positive effect extension rescue time case fire, limiting oxygen index (LOI) value increased 22.6%. formula, containing 25% made environment-friendly. obtained comparing pore size mechanical RPUF—the AM had dispersion foam, mechanical, thermal, flame retardancy.
