摘要: Norepinephrine-resistant hypotension when associated with septic shock has a high rate of mortality, which might possibly be reduced by infusion low-dose vasopressin. However, rebound often arises after treatment is stopped, and the drug usually to administered for several days. We report use terlipressin, long-acting vasopressin analogue, in eight patients who did not respond corticosteroids methylene blue. A significant rise blood pressure that lasted at least 5 h was seen all single bolus, allowing reduction or cessation norepinephrine administration seven patients. were able discharge four from intensive care subsequently. Terlipressin seems an effective rescue therapy, restore catecholamine-resistant shock, without obvious complication.
