摘要: African Animal Trypanosomiasis (AAT) is a disease caused by pathogenic trypanosomes which affects millions of livestock every year causing huge economic losses in agricultural production especially sub-Saharan Africa. The spread the tsetse fly carries parasite its saliva. During progression, cattle are prominently subjected to anaemia, weight loss, intermittent fever, chills, neuronal degeneration, congestive heart failure, and finally death. According their different genetic programs governing level tolerance AAT, breeds classified as either resistant or susceptible. In this study, we focus on N'Dama Boran known be susceptible trypanosomiasis, respectively. Despite rich literature both breeds, gene regulatory mechanisms underlying biological processes for resistance susceptibility have not been extensively studied. To address limited knowledge about tissue-specific transcription factor (TF) cooperations associated with investigated expression data from these computationally. Consequently, identified significant cooperative TF pairs (especially D B P - A R T H 1 X 8 liver tissue) could help understand AAT tolerance/susceptibility mechanism breeds.
