摘要: This review summarizes intervention studies that evaluated the effects of lifestyle behaviors on high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) levels. Current diet and recommendations beneficially affect HDL-C. Individual interventions increase HDL-C include: a healthful is low (7-10% calories) in saturated fat sufficient unsaturated (15-20% calories), regular physical activity, attaining healthy weight, with moderate alcohol consumption, cessation cigarette smoking. Combining weight loss activity can 10% to 13%. When combined other cardiovascular disease risk factors, this expected contribute overall reduction risk.
