摘要: Abstract Rat liver cells in suspension, prepared high yields by a mechanical dispersion method, have been shown to incorporate labeled amino acids into serum albumin at rate comparable that obtained slices from unperfused or citrate-perfused over 2-hr period. However, while the two types of slices, on an average, 89% newly synthesized is secreted medium 2 hr, cell suspensions only 9% secreted; block secretion suspension confined after tissue, and does not extend equally either prior tissue single other proteins suspensions.
