摘要: Many mobile applications such as Strava or Mapmyride allow cyclists to collect detailed GPS traces of their trips for health route sharing purposes. However, cycling also have a lot potential from an urban planning perspective. In this paper, we focus on two important issues characterize cyclist behavior: trip purpose and choice. Cycling has been typically analyzed using survey data. Here, present method automatically infer the cyclists' personal data, variety built-in social environment features extracted open datasets characterizing streets cycled. We evaluate proposed over 7, 000 routes in city Philadelphia report F1 scores up 86% when four purposes are considered. On other hand, novel statistical identify role that certain variables play selection specific route. Our results show tend favor with green areas, safety centrality.
