摘要: Abstract The need to utilize TiO2 based metal oxide hetero nanostructures for the degradation of environmental pollutants like Rhodamine B and reactive red 152 from wastewater using stratified WO3/TiO2 catalyst under sunlight illumination. WO3, catalysts were prepared by a spray pyrolysis method. It was found that heterostructure has high crystallinity, no mixed phase formation occurs, strong optical absorption in visible region solar spectrum, large surface area. photocatalytic activity tested (Rh B) an aqueous medium. layer helps extend its spectrum light region. Rh Reactive 152is eliminated up 98 94% within 30 40 min respectively at optimum experimental condition WO3/TiO2. Moreover, photoelectrode good stability reusability than individual WO3 thin film 152. photoelectrocatalytic results indicate is promising material dye removal.
