Serum nesfatin-1 is associated with testosterone and the severity of erectile dysfunction.

摘要: This cross-sectional study aimed to evaluate serum nesfatin-1 concentrations in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED). Patients ED were selected from the Department of Urology Second Affiliated Hospital Anhui Medical University. The International Index Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5) was used severity ED. Serum and gonadal hormone levels, including luteinising (LH), follicle-stimulating (FSH) testosterone measured. IIEF-5 scores (t = -21.034, p < .001) levels -7.043, significantly lower than healthy controls.
