摘要: Abstract SrVO 3 and Sr 2 VO 4 have been studied with respect to their electrical properties. The resistivity of has measured from 840 K. It is metallic a T law below 200 K, characteristic electronic correlation. Above K up 600 the linear reminding that high Tc cuprates. Conversly, Sr2VO4 insulating room temperature, while V ion expected be in same configuration.
