摘要: SUMMARY Post-Golgi vesicles target and deliver most biosynthetic cargoes to the cell surface. However, molecules mechanisms involved in fusion of these are not well understood. We have employed asystemtosimultaneouslymonitorreleaseofluminal membrane from individual post-Golgi vesicles. Exocytosis is calcium triggered. Release luminal cargo can be accompanied by complete, partial, or no release cargo. Partial a fusing vesicle fates associated with kiss-and-run exocytosis, we find that thesearethepredominantmodeofpost-Golgivesicle exocytosis. occurs because premature closure pore modulated activity clathrin, actin, dynamin. Our results demonstrate components endocytic machinery modulate nature extent delivery at membrane.
