摘要: Different concentrated thermoreversible gelatin/water and k-carrageenan/water gels prepared from non-dialyzed polymer material are set into an ultracentrifugal field investigated by means equilibrium runs at 20°C. The refractive index gradient the movement of meniscus gel/solvent during process swelling deswelling is observed with Schlieren optical system. From patterns sedimentation-diffusion pressure can be calculated use approximation based on mass balance. Soluble parts which not incorporated network even after long gelation times could detected patternsin both systems. For system a superposition soluble gel detected. In this case clearly influenced presence parts. k-carraageenan/water part sol associates outside phase sedimentation moves towards surface.
