摘要: There are primarily three strategies that can be used to isolate cells directly from body tissues and establish highly enriched neural in cultures of specific cell type. The first strategy involves using differential gradients separate purify cellular populations through centrifugal force. This procedure is well-described by Pretlow (1983), as well Yong Antel Chapter 11. second utilizes the presence surface antigens established markers further enrich cells, application fluorescent sorting techniques. Use such approaches will not discussed this chapter. third employs addition compounds or substitution nutrients growth media for elimination certain types mixed cultures.
