摘要: In today’s perplexed world of wireless networking, there are many rapid changes and challenges that could lead to an excessive quantity users flocking one or only a few networks, thereby leaving some potentially subsidiary accommodation providers out the picture. Self-Organizing Networks (SON) is term for mobile network automation, cost efficient, easy operation maintenance networks .This article provides overview SON features challenges. Since self-organization expected bring us remarkable benefits in terms costs reduction configuration, management, optimization, etc, enormous research has been carried address brought by ever increasing complexity dynamics complex communications systems. Keywords:SON; Self organizing
