摘要: Abstract A composite plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) was performed for enhancing the thermal radiation performance and corrosion resistance on an Al alloy by dispersing cupric oxide (CuO) particles in a conventional PEO electrolyte. Cu-based oxides (CuO Cu 2 O) formed increased emissivity of substrate to 0.892, made surface being dark color, similar black body, i.e., ideal radiator. In addition, analyzed using potentio-dynamic polarization electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests 3.5 wt.% NaCl aqueous solution. An optimum condition 10 ampere per square decimeter (ASD) current density 30 min processing time produced appropriate morphologies coating thicknesses, as well dense Cu- Al-based that constituted layers.
