摘要: This study investigates rheological and extrusion behavior of dental porcelain slurries for rapid prototyping applications. The pH value the slurry greatly influences its viscosity therefore plays an important role in shape cross-section extrudate. A pseudoplastic is a basic requirement obtaining extruded lines with rectangular cross-sections. In addition to effects wettability on substrate, cross-sectional geometry extrudate also strongly affected by parameters including nozzle height, moving speed, rate, critical height. Proper combinations these are necessary order obtain single line extrudates near cross-sections 3D objects dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness, good uprightness, no slumping. Formulas procedures determining proposed demonstrated experiments. results obtained have been explained terms interactions among properties slurry, shear rate imposed during extrusion, forced flow extrusion.
