摘要: The degree of DNA polyploidy cardiac muscle cells was investigated by cytofluorometry in 4 cases progressive muscular dystrophy (DMP) and 2 myotonic (DM), the results were compared with those for non dystrophic hearts normal or increased weight. heart from all patients these forms showed marked nuclear hyperploidy reaching 16c, irrespective hypertrophy atrophy. In group, corresponding to that only detected exceeding a weight 400 g. wasting respiratory musculature, deformity thorax atrophy appeared be principal factors causing dystrophy.
