摘要: Sedimentary As, Fe and Mn species in core sediments from the Danshuei Estuary, an anoxic estuary, were studied using a five-sequential extraction method followed by chemical analyses of these elements. The sediment texture, redox potential dissolved concentrations elements pore water also determined. Dissolved As diffusion flux was calculated. Higher sedimentary found at middle lower estuary stations. samples dominated three fractions: amorphous poorly-crystalline; well crystallized hydrous oxides Al; residual phases, accounting for 90% total pool. geochemical behavior Estuary is strongly influenced oxides. correlated inversely with potential. served as source ranged 0.047-0.35 μg cm(-2) y(-1).
