摘要: The paper describes the characteristics of ionosphere over magnetic equator as revealed from ionograms obtained by an automatic ionospheric sounder at Thumba. well-known midday biteout f0F2 equatorial stations is almost absent during winter months and most pronounced equinoxes. equinoctial maxima seem to be more for midnight than hours. solar cycle variation any particular hour are inversely proportional changes in F2-layer height same period.
