摘要: Abstract Semiconductor-like thin films were grown using metallic phthalocyanines (MPc) (M=Fe, Pb, Co) and 1,8 dihydroxiantraquinone as initial compounds. The morphology of the deposited was studied by scanning electron microscopy atomic force microscopy. powder thin-film samples synthesized materials, vacuum thermal evaporation, showed same intra-molecular bonds in IR spectroscopy studies, which suggests that evaporation process does not alter these bonds. optical band gap values C 60 H 28 N 8 O Fe, Pb Co calculated from absorption coefficient found to be 1.60, 1.89 1.75 eV, respectively, arising non-direct transitions. effect temperature on conductivity also measured samples. It temperature-dependent electric current all cases a semiconductor behavior with conductivities order 10 −6 Ω −1 cm where highest value corresponded cobalt material. linear dependence observed implies only one type conduction mechanism cases, mean activation energies 1.55, 1.77 1.50 eV for iron, lead cobalt-based films, respectively.
