摘要: Silica based nanostructured composite materials doped with luminol and cobalt(II) ion were synthesized characterized, resulting in a highly chemiluminescent material the presence of hydrogen peroxide. A detection system CL light guided from reaction tube to photomultiplier using one millimeter glass optical fiber was developed assessed. linear response observed semi-logarithm calibration between 50–2000 μM peroxide 1 μM as limit detection.
