摘要: 3 Abstract: The comparative effect of gamma irradiation doses (0.5 kGy), UV-C-30 min and hot water 55°C-10 on fungal load aflatoxin production was evaluated mango (black chaunsa). Thirteen species were isolated from the surface fruits (Mangifera Indica L.), among these frequency Aspergilus niger, Aspergillus flavus Cladosporium cladosporoides higher. Fungal can be controlled best by using rays at 0.5 KGy dose level followed UV-C treatment while maximum found in control group. It appeared that non thermal techniques (gamma UV-C) are comparatively better over conventionally used treatment. Regarding aflatoxins isolates, treated samples showed less aflatoxin. Based results possess potential to replace mango.
