摘要: The study reported in this manuscript is a part of extended investigations on transmission fungi potentially pathogenic to man as well parasitic flatworms and nematodes by wild fowl. objective was identify the presence parasites gastrointestinal tract cormorants. Mycological parasitological analyses were carried out swabs taken from ontocenoses beak, stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum cloaca 21 detected 60% birds examined. They isolated most frequently beaks cloacae birds, duodenum free fungi. were: Candida krusei Debaryomyces hansenii. All isolates selected for enzymatic characterized high activity esterases. Stomachs all cormorants analyzed found contain Contracaecum rudolphii s.l. nematode. In turn, intestinal digesta shown Paradilepis scolecina tapeworm. Apart tapeworms, duodenal also Paryphostomum radiatum digenea. highest prevalence intensity infection with digenea determined case shot July.
