摘要: It is widely recognized that the tracking of patella strongly influenced by geometry trochlear groove. Nonetheless, quantitative baseline data regarding correlation between three-dimensional groove and patellar under in vivo weight-bearing conditions are not available. A combined magnetic resonance dual fluoroscopic imaging technique, coupled with multivariate regression analysis, was used to quantify relationship (sulcus location, bisector angle, coronal plane angle) (shift, tilt, rotation) during knee flexion. The results showed transverse plane, shift correlated (correlation coefficient R=0.86, p<0.001) mediolateral location sulcus (raw β(raw)=0.62) angle (β(raw)=0.31). Similarly, tilt a significant association (R=0.45, p<0.001, β(raw)=0.60). However, rotation poorly its matching geometric parameter, namely, trochlea (R=0.26, p=0.01, β(raw)=0.08). femur had effect on motion (patellar tilt) conditions. weakly geometry.
