摘要: In the past ten years, 28 patients with primary tumors of liver have been treated. There were 11 benign tumors, including four hamartomas, three focal nodular hyperplasia, and two each congenital cysts hemangioma. Hamartomas masses hyperplasia should be excised when possible, but both are lesions; therefore life threatening excisions at porta hepatis avoided. Cysts often resectable, occupying all lobes liver, they can successfully managed by marsupialization into free peritoneal cavity. If hemangiomas removed; most as do, may subject to platelet trapping or cardiac failure. some instances these lesions controlled steroids, radiation therapy hepatic artery ligation. Of 17 malignant seen, 12 proved hepatoblastomas. Nine underwent resection, whom cured, (33%). children hepatocellular carcinomas embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. One child from groups is cured surgical excision. At present only known cures in neoplasms achieved operative removal.
