摘要: Rice tungro bacilliform virus (RTBV) is one of the two viruses that cause disease. Four RTBV strains maintained in greenhouse for 4 years, G1, G2, Ic, and L, were differentiated by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis native viral DNA. Although G1 Ic had identical patterns when cleaved with Pst1, BamHI, EcoRI, EcoRV, they can be from G2 L EcoRI EcoRV digestion. These same endonucleases also differentiate strain L. When total DNA extracts infected plants used instead DNA, digested each (G2 L) obtained roots, leaves, leaf sheaths plants. The consistent plant to plant, different varieties, at times after inoculation. This technique determine variability a large number field samples.
