摘要: All over the world, elevated levels of metals and toxic compound tributyltin (TBT) its degradation products are found in sediments, especially close to areas associated with shipping anthropogenic activities. Ports require regular removal sediments. As a result, large volumes often contaminated sediments must be managed. The aim this study was investigate enhanced leaching as treatment method for organotin metal (Cu Zn) marine Thus, enabling possibility reuse these cleaner masses e.g. construction. In addition using acid alkaline agents that extract OTs but reduce management options post treatment, innovative alternatives such EDDS, hydroxypropyl cellulose, humic acid, iron colloids, ultra-pure Milli-Q water, saponified tall oil (“soap”), NaCl were tested. Organotin ranged from 36 75%, where most efficient agent which also achieving highest rate TBT (46%), followed by soap (34%). reduction accomplished water enabled change Swedish sediment classification class second class. Zn HPC leached samples (39% removal) Cu EDDS (33% removal). Although high OT achieved, none investigated sufficiently effective both OTs. results indicate ultra-clean may sufficient treat potentially allow mass reuse.
