摘要: More than 100 solvents and the gas phase were used to develop a solvent dipolarity-polarizability scale that combines medium dipolarity polarizability into single parameter (SPP) calculated from UV-visible spectra of 2-(dimethyl-amino)-7-nitrofluorene (DMANF) its homomorph 2-fluoro-7-nitrofuorene (FNF). The proposed compares favourably for nonprotic with existing polarity scales including Kosower's Z, Dimroth Reichardt's ET(30), Brooker's χR, Dong Winnick's Py; Kamlet, Abboud, Taft's π*, Drago's S′ scale. When data are derived electronic transitions, they provide an accurate description effect in UV-Vis, IR, NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy as well other chemical areas thermodynamics kinetics.
