A new method for epidural catheter fixation.

摘要: Bu cal›flmada, intravenoz s›v› torbas›n›n ilac portu kullan›larak yap›lan bir epidural kateter tespitleyicinin gocu uzerindeki etkisi araflt›r›lm›flt›r. Cal›flmaya al›nan ve analjezi planlanan 50 hasta 2 gruba ayr›ld›. Yeni tespit- leyici grubunda (n=25) kateter, yeni fiksatorun icinden gecirilerek, yap›flkanl› ortu ile sabitlendi, standart pansuman ise sadece tespit edildi. D›flar›ya cm'den fazla, iceriye 1 fazla gocu, baflar›s›zl›¤› olarak tan›mland›. Takip suresi sonunda kateterin veya d›flar›ya goc uzunluu cekilme gerekcesi kaydedildi. 7 hastada, hastada bulundu (p>0.05). ‹ceriye 5 belirlendi (p 0.05). Inward migration was determined in only cases the standard dressing group (p<0.05). There no movement 13 compared with 23 of new fixator The main reason for removal catheter whereas removed on a regular basis at end therapy fixa- tor group. We concluded that newly described fixation method is an effective reducing short term usage.
