摘要: Aim To present the current treatment approach for oroantral fistula causing maxillary sinusitis. Design Case series. Four cases of (diameters: 6, 9, 11 and 13 mm) due to chronic sinusitis were treated by excision all diseased tissue, followed endoscopic creation a large middle antrostomy closure using buccal flaps. A synthetic surgical glue local alveolar bone used. Results Patients up six months three years; considered cured. Conclusion Most surgeons use or palatal flaps, combined with Caldwell-Luc procedure, treat odontogenic repair fistulae more than 5 mm in diameter. This study supports hypothesis that an technique could be successfully used patients dental origin, instead at least small medium-sized fistula.
