摘要: This work presents a novel analysis method that can simulate the potential effect of high impedance fault (HIF). The proposed offers new scheme for protecting overhead distribution feeder. wavelet transform (WT) was successfully applied in many fields. characteristics scaling and translation WT be used to identify stable transient signals. Discrete transforms (DWT) are initially extract distinctive features voltage current signals, transformed into series detailed approximated components. coefficients variation components then calculated. information is introduced training artificial neural networks (ANN) determine an HIF from operations switches. simulated results clearly reveal accurately
