摘要: Two Japanese boys, 6 and 10 years old, required operation for severe Kawasaki heart disease. Both had multiple coronary arterial aneurysms stenoses, one mitral regurgitation as well. The operations consisted of anastomosis between the left internal mammary artery anterior descending insertion an autologous saphenous vein aorta posterior in both patients. valve was replaced with regurgitation. Angina pectoris has been completely relieved confirmed by postoperative angiocardiography. Late results bypass grafting pediatric patients disease have less than satisfactory because high occlusion rate graft may be superior, at least theoretically, to it is a “living graft” possibility growing susceptibility degeneration. This first report successful utilizing
