摘要: A piezoelectric resonance signal from a minute ( approximately 10 mu g) single-grain ferroelectric sample was observed using an inductive pulse detection method (IPDM). The IPDM does not require electrodes to be coated on the samples and is suitable for small samples. Examples of temperature-dependent signals Rochelle salt, KH/sub 2/PO/sub 4/ (KDP), NH/sub 4/H/sub (ADP) single grains are shown. poling switching behavior grain salt in external electric field studied. time dependence frequency decay constant transient reflects change polarization due variation domain structure.
