摘要: The United States Naval Observatory (USNO) atomic timescale, formerly based on an ensemble of cesium clocks, is now produced by clocks and hydrogen masers. In order to optimize stability reliability, equal clock weighting has been replaced a procedure reflecting the relative, time-varying noise characteristics two different types clocks. Correlation frequency drift required, residual avoided eventual complete deweighting
