摘要: The endoglycosidase heparanase is an important in the degradation of extracellular matrix by invading cells, notably metastatic tumor cells and migrating leukocytes. Here we report cDNA sequence human platelet enzyme, which encodes a unique protein 543 amino acids, identification highly homologous sequences activated mouse T rat adenocarcinoma. Furthermore, expression mRNA correlates with their potential. Exhaustive studies have shown only one sequence, consistent idea that this enzyme dominant endoglucuronidase mammalian tissues.
