摘要: Following a dynamic capabilities approach, this study offers contingency view of global account management in highly market. Specifically, the paper proposes that among three processes management—i.e., intelligence acquisition, integration, and reconfiguration—reconfiguration plays central role for supplier firms achieving competitiveness when market dynamism is high. Based on survey data collected from executives diverse set industries, findings support above proposition further suggest acquisition integration can facilitate firm’s reconfiguration management.
