摘要: The aim of the present study was to evaluate influence Ramadan intermittent fast (RIF) on aerobic and anaerobic exercise performance in elite judo athletes (Judokas) maintaining their usual training loads. Physical tests (squat jump [SJ]), countermovement [CMJ], 30-second repeated jump, 30-m sprint, multistage fitness test) fatigue scores were measured 15 Judokas 4 occasions: before (T1), at beginning (T2), end (T3) 3 weeks after Ramadan. Results showed that sprint performance, shuttle run test, SJ, CMJ did not change during However, average power test slightly lower (22.4 +/- 2.3 W/kg; P < 0.05) than (23.4 W/kg). There a minor reduction 1.3 kg body mass an increase total (T2, 19 5; T3, 16 4; both comparison with control period (T1, 12 3). These results show RIF has little effect very short duration sprinting jumping Judokas. Additionally, experienced can maintain sufficient energy intake normal loads RIF. slight may be associated reduced central drive mass. Collectively, these suggest Judokas, but Muslim who train should carefully periodize load monitor food levels avoid decrements.
