摘要: Abstract Humic acids (one derived from vermicompost, originating animal manure and treated with the earthworm Eisenia foetida or Lumbricus rubellus, other peat) were characterized in respect of their major elemental UV-Vis spectroscopy acidity. acid, isolated vermicompost (VHA), was compared humic acid sample extracted peat (PHA) its chemical interactions sorption metribuzin herbicide (4-amino-6 t-butyl-3-methylthio)-1,2,4 triazine-5(4H)-one). The results showed that degraded by 5.8–7.12 pH range. nature arrangement functional groups both are discussed on basis FTIR spectroscopy. VHA spectrum shows a very strong band at ∼1400 cm−1. This should have different origin than one same position present PHA spectrum, since it is not pH-dependent, while 1400 cm−1, assigned to symmetric stretching carboxylate group, strongly pH-dependent. Since higher concentration nitrogen, could be mainly ν(C–N) amine groups. A model studied. mechanism interaction between proposed.
