摘要: This study examined the effects on water balance of adding electrolytes to fluids ingested after exercise-induced dehydration. Eight healthy male volunteers were dehydrated by approximately 2% body mass intermittent cycle exercise. Over a 30-min period exercise, subjects one four test drinks volume equivalent their loss. Drink A was 90 mmol·l−1 glucose solution; drink B contained 60 sodium chloride; C 25 potassium D glucose, chloride and chloride. Treatment order randomised. Blood urine samples obtained at intervals throughout study; remained fasted throughout. Plasma increased same extent rehydration all treatments. Serum electrolyte (Na+, K+ Cl−) concentrations fell initially before returning pre-exercise levels. Cumulative output greater ingestion than any other drinks. On morning following trial, in net negative fluid [mean (SEM);P<0.02] trial [745 (130) ml] trials [405 (51) ml], [467 (87) or [407 (34) ml]. There no differences time between three electrolyte-containing solutions balance. One hour end period, osmolality had fallen, with significant treatment effect (P=0.016); lowest A. test, (P<0.001) D. Negative Chloride positive smaller observed C. These results suggest that although measured blood parameters similar for trials, better whole resulted from appeared, however, be additive including both under conditions this experiment.
