摘要: Suaeda salsa is the pioneer halophyte in Yellow River Delta and was consumed as a popular vegetable. Mercury has become highly risky contaminant sediment of intertidal zones Delta. In this work, we investigated interactive effects mercury selenium S. on basis metabolic profiling, antioxidant enzyme activities gene expression quantification. Our results showed that exposure (20 μg L−1) inhibited plant growth induced significant responses altered levels INPS, CMO, MDH samples, together with increased enzymes including SOD POD. Overall, these indicated osmotic oxidative stresses, disturbed protein degradation energy metabolism change after exposures. Additionally, addition could induce both antagonistic synergistic alleviating aggravating stress caused by mercury. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Environ Toxicol, 2014.
