摘要: In his early exposition of path analysis, Duncan (1966, p. 7) noted that the method "provides a calculus for indirect effects." Despite interest in causal effects, most users treat them as if they are population parameters and do not test whether statistically significant. Sobel (1982) has recently derived asymptotic distribution effects. This paper describes new FORTRAN IV computer program provides modeler with standard errors effects recursive models. The only input data required form matrix structural parameter estimates along their variances covariances.
