摘要: Abstract Hypertensive patients with chronic renal failure show evidence of an abnormal relationship between sodium and the reninangiotensin system in that circulating levels renin angiotensin II are abnormally high relation to exchangeable sodium. The abnormality may well contribute hypertension this syndrome. In a minority cases blood pressure cannot be controlled by dialysis. these, particularly rise even further response therapeutic depletion. It is suggested perpetuate hypertension. most patients, however, can dialysis and, lower, but, again, their abnormal. arterial group results from suppress normally retention. This would also explain fall depletion at hemodialysis. inflexibility renin-angiotensin its cause as basis for cure.
