摘要: A series of new chiral palladium-bisphosphinite complexes have been prepared from readily available, naturally occurring alcohols. The were used to efficiently carry out catalytic allylic alkylation 1,3-diphenylpropene-2-yl acetate with dimethyl malonate. based on derivatives ascorbic acid enantioselective alkylations, one which showed an ee as high 97%. Based the structural characterization, it can be surmised that strategic placement phenyl groups is key higher enantioselectivities.
