摘要: The normal development of adipose tissue lipolysis as measured by glycerol release was studied in epididymal fat pads fed and fasted Sprague-Dawley rats between 15 128 days age correlated with changes cell size. At 17 age, when size small, per highest decreased steadily to adult levels 73 age. Between 85 continued increase, began rise. Therefore, inversely during early directly after response fasting variable the younger but established third postnatal week. possible reciprocal later complementary roles lipolytic activity lipoprotein lipase "setting" regulation is discussed.
