摘要: Abstract Abradable seals are used in the compressor sections of aero-engines, and their performance affects engine efficiency durability. The sliding-induced surface damage between a type GH4169 turbine blade CuAl-NiG seal coating was investigated under simulated working conditions using an improved high-speed rubbing test rig. influence different linear speeds (150, 300 m/s), incursion rates (5, 50, 500 µm/s) environment temperatures (300, 450 °C) were researched. According to variations weight height measurements samples, based on observations wear scar macro-morphologies, it found that with prominent shear lip increases speed temperature but decreases rate. cross-section morphologies, phase components scars analyzed SEM, EDS XRD. formation mechanism revealed for first time. It double-layer produced by combined action mixed layer matrix softening, both which resulted from high-intensity frictional heating.
