摘要: Epoxide-opening cascades offer the potential to construct complex polyether natural products expeditiously and in a manner that emulates biogenesis proposed for these compounds. Herein we provide full account of our development strategy addresses several important challenges such cascades. The centerpiece method is trimethylsilyl (SiMe3) group serves purposes leaves no trace itself by time cascade has come an end. main function SiMe3 dictate regioselectivity epoxide opening. This only general effecting endo-selective under basic conditions.
