摘要: The pathway of CO2 reduction to methane in Methanogenium tationis and thermophilicum is similar that observed other methanogens. In M. a novel pterin, tatiopterin, present. This pterin appears be structural functional analog methanopterin sarcinapterin. Folate could not substitute for tatiopterin.
