Isolation and characterization of a human fetal-alpha-globulin from the sera of fetuses and a hepatoma patient

摘要: Summary It has been demonstrated that fetal serum contains an α-globulin which is not present in normal adults. This become the subject of great interest because it appears again specifically sera hepatoma patients. was isolated from a patient with as well fetuses by immunochemical method. Physicochemical and chemical properties two preparations were studied, essentially identical results obtained.
