摘要: Cholinergic slow excitatory postsynaptic potentials (slow EPSPs) can be elicited by presynaptic tetanic stimulation in brain slices obtained from rat neostriatum or guinea pig hippocampus. Slow EPSPs are generated a reduction of K-leak-conductance. In hippocampal neurons amplified the an outward current termed IAHP through activation second muscarinic receptor subtype. While might involved information processing across pathways, modulation consists tuning nicotinic fast synaptic transmission.
